In this role, you will coordinate the daily workflow within our warehouse, focusing on preparing, organizing, and staging sales orders for timely delivery. You will be responsible for printing and managing order paperwork, preparing packaging materials, and applying accurate production labels. Additionally, you will assist with routing deliveries and making sure orders are accurately assembled and sent out on schedule. Maintaining organized inventory in the freezer, cooler, and storage spaces will also be a key task, as will supporting general warehouse operations throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work comfortably with computers and basic software tools. Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to take responsibility are highly valued qualities for this position. While previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, food production, or inventory management is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will be considered just as important as direct experience.

We offer a stable full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, providing you with reliable hours each week. Compensation begins at $36,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses tied to company sales.
