We have immediate openings across a variety of critical shipyard roles, including shipfitters, welders, pipefitters, machinists, certified crane operators, as well as supervisory and foreman positions. Candidates will perform vital hands-on tasks such as construction, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of ship components, working collaboratively to meet production schedules and quality standards. Supervisory applicants will additionally oversee teams, coordinate workflow, and ensure safety and efficiency on the job.

Applicants should bring a combination of trade-specific skills and a commitment to reliability, safety, and teamwork. Previous industry experience is highly valued, especially for leadership positions. Eligible candidates must either be U.S. citizens or possess valid work authorization. The work is based in Panama City and Port St. Joe, Florida, with no per diem provided.
